The hotel was modest, clean, and located in a calm area. I had a storage and a kettle in the impeccably clean and compact room.- The staff were exceptionally pleasant and the service was excellent.- The location was great and amazing:

The hotel was within walking distance of the beach and a walking distance from Chapelle Imperiale. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was amazing. The staff was immensely pleasant, always with a smile on face.  

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the great location just a short walk down to the sea front and town center. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent 

The location is excellent, short distance to the beach, rooms on the 4th floor over two floors, free parking only a few minutes from the hotel, breakfast very good

Location is a real plus for this hotel - just a few minutes walk from the Grand Plage of Biarritz. Friendly, courteous staff. Underground car park directly in the hotel.

Room size relatively manageable - for 2 persons it could be a little cramped.

The twin room was neat and airy, with a storage and a kettle. It also had a nice sized bathroom and big beds - all for a lovely stay. The hotel was just next door to the Grand Plage and many 

The hotel was conveniently located near the city center and beach. The breakfast had a variety of choices and the shower had good water pressure. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff.

The walls and windows were thin, which allowed for noise from outside to disturb us. the room was small and lacked certain amenities, like a fridge or tea/coffee making facilities.

Pads too big and too hard.

The room was spacious, bright, and had a kettle, storage space, and lovely garden views.

The staff was friendly without exception. The room was very clean. The shower is nice and big, a bigger shower head would be nice. In approximately 7 minutes walking distance one is at the Grande Plage. 

Units with a shower he could use easily. Location very close to Very close to the beach as well as the boutique shops, beach and bus.

We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and the town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our

Double room very small for two persons, room facing the street at night loud. Some parking boxes in the parking garage only suitable for small cars
